Ag dul ar trí lheabharlanna.

Tá mé ag dul ar trí lheabharlanna ar laghad le deanaí! Chonaic mé ar lá eile ina páipéar faoi go bhfuil duine go leor go tíosach a déanamh seo. Cuirim cuairt go trí córais. Ar dtús, téim ar chraobhachaí ina gCathair na hÁingeal. Tá mé i gcónaí is cóngarach dóibh.

Ach, níl leabhair go coitianta go fiú uaireanta ansin. Tá ábhar íorónta ann. Ciallaigh rudaí go mór ann; cailligh cailliúntí go leor fós ann

Gheobhaidh mé ádh níos fearr leis áiteannaí ar thuaiscaint anois agus aríst. Caithim ag teacht go rialta go dtí Pasadena anois. Freastail Leon go nua-scoil ansiud. Mar sin, tiomáinim in aice leis láithreachaí éagsulaí go minic.

Going to three libraries.

I'm going to three libraries at least of late! I saw the other day in the paper concerning many thrifty people had done this. I pay a visit to three systems. At the start, I go to branches in the City of the Angels. I'm living closest to them.

But, there are not even common books there, sometimes. It's an ironic matter there. Most items are meant (to be) there; thefts lose many there too.

I'll find better luck on occasion with places to the north. I must come regularly up to Pasadena now. Leo attends a new school over there. Therefore, I drive near various locations often.

I like the elegant building in the center of Pasadena. I don't like the concrete box in the heart of Glendale. I began taking off for a smaller library to the south of Pasadena every two weeks.

It's a separate city. South Pasadena started because the Methodists did not wish to support drinking of alcoholic spirits in the limits of the city around Pasadena. They built their own town. They did not sell liquor there. Today, it's much smaller than Pasadena all the same!
