Bothán na mBéar ag rince.

Tháinig mé agus Léna go dtí An Bothóg na mBéar ag rince arú inné. Ní dheachaigh muid go sleibhte ansuid Pairc Fhreasair riamh. Thiomaint muid cuig míle ochtó go na Cathair na nÁingeal ansin. Chuaigh muid go suaimhneach . D'éist muid amhráin suaircaí.

Ní bhfuair muid bothán ann. Ní raibh an teach i bhfad ón mbóthar. Fuair teach mór in aice leis tithe eile. Bhí sraid bhruachbhaile idir coill ard. Mar sin féin, níor fhan duine go leor ann ar feadh deireadh seachtaine seo.

Rinne óstóiraí na h-aít lán na ceardaíochtái leis béir ann é. Ar fhéach tú dhá grianghrafái os cionn? Ní raibh mé ábalta fáil dealbh leis idirdhealú géar. Ach, taispeánann siad ina bpéiri ann. Chuir siad ina seomra leapa scáthach. Is maith liom siad! Bhí dhá péintéireacht a dhéanamh le dathannaí ola i 1929. B'fhéidir, tá siad ag déanta díobh cóipáí.

Feiceann mé go bhfuil fior seo. Chríochnaigh William Holbrook Beard a chéann leis dhá béar agus Na Rince Béir. Ní dheachaigh sé féin clúdachaí albain ceirníní dó Na Mairbh Buíochái fós

Chaith mé a feicthe radharc níos mó fós. Chonaic mé rialtaí is mó ann. Measaim go raibh a dhá oiread chomh ina díseart ann faoi Cáisc. D'inis mé Léna féin ag dul a feiceáil Bealach na Bó Finne. Níor fhan mé ar feadh tamaill. Dhearmadaim mé éadach teolái dóthainaí. Shílím faoi glinnte an aeir. Fhilleadh mé ar ais leaba. Bhi mé ina chodladh go siochan. Mhothaim is lú.

Dancing Bear Cabin.

I came with Layne to the Cabin of the Dancing Bear the day before yesterday. We had not gone to the mountains there beyond Frazier Park before. We drove eighty-five miles from Los Angeles there. We went smoothly along. We listened to pleasant songs.

We had not come to a cabin there. There was no house far away from the road. We found a large house near other houses. It was a suburban street in an open forest. However, not many people stayed there during that weekend.

The landlords of the place made it there full of crafts with bears. Did you look at the two photographs above? I was not able to get an image with a sharp distinction. But, they show paired there. They were put in the shadowy bedroom. I like them! The two paintings were made from oil in 1929. Perhaps, they are made from copies.

I find that this is true. William Holbrook Beard finished the one with two bears and the Bear Dance. Still, he did not do any record album covers for the Grateful Dead.

I had to see a vista better yet. I saw very many stars there. I think that there were twice as many as in the desert at Eastertime. I did not stay a long while. I forgot enough warm clothes. I thought about the firmament. I returned to bed. I went to sleep peacefully. I felt very small.
